The present study investigates the mechanical and thermal behavior of polyurethane electrostatic powder coating waste reinforced epoxy composites. Different percentages (3, 6, 9 wt. %) composites were manufactured. mixture was mixed with a magnetic stirrer to ensure that dispersed well in epoxy, then placed under vacuum air bubbles removed. Tensile three-point tests performed determine changes properties materials, thermogravimetric analysis conducted properties. In addition, images taken scanning electron microscopy for morphological features. revealed flexural strength increased by up 8% 15%, respectively, samples 3 wt% 6 additives. material's tensile decreased 27% reinforcement. However, opposite trend observed modulus elasticity. Additionally, no significant difference materials. Also, from analysis, it inclusion changed damage mechanism material.
